The NSS unit of G. M. Vedak College of Science Tala in Collaboration with TWJ Associates Mangaon organised a Tree Plantation Drive under “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Campaign. Dr. Sachin V. Bangale initiated the program by addressing the students and explaining the objectives of the Tree Plantation Drive. Following this, Principal Mr. Jaydeep V. Deore took the stage to felicitate the members of TWJ Associates. He expressed his gratitude for their collaboration and highlighted the significance of such initiatives for the college and the community. Afterward, Dr. Mrs. Nasreen M. Shaikh delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of all participants and contributors. The program then moved on to the main activity, where participants planted approximately 250 saplings, including Jamun, Peru, Imli, and Mango, in designated spots within and around the college campus.The event concluded with refreshments being provided to all volunteers, offering a moment of relaxation and camaraderie after the fruitful activity.
