G.M. Vedak College of Science library established 2009; library is fully computerized with e-Granthalaya library automation software. Reading room has seating arrangement for nearly 40 students. It has sufficient lighting and ventilation arrangement. Internet facility is given in the library. Library is the most important department in the college. Keeping in mind the number of stakeholders increases every year, our college library always endeavors to enrich the library by adding quality text books, reference books, world-class journals etc. The enrichment of library is reflected with 1565 reference and 1884 important text on various subjects, which includes 179 texts from book-bank and 1012 donated books. Two full-time members serve the library, which is headed by Librarian Mr. Dhavan S. K. and assisted by Mr. Vedak P. G. The enrichment of library continues every year. During Academic Year 2023-24, the library has added 52 books which cost around Rs. 19212 daily subscriptions of nationally and locally important newspapers (4 nos.) are being added in the library on regular basis. In the current technological age, the library is no far being a traditional library. The library has E- library facility, having 5 computers available in the library. We also provide users some Free E-Books library have an Internet facility. Our reading room seating capacity is 40 and Daily transaction of library is up to 30 and 50 users visit library daily. In academic Year 2014-15 we started competitive exam study center in the library we always provide guidance to students from this center and provide them competitive exam books, journals and material available which is online.
